Grammy® Winning conductor Michael Repper leads the National Philharmonic in a studio album of works by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, featuring Grammy® Nominated violinist Curtis Stewart. The album will be released by Avie Records in August 2025, to coincide with the composer's 150th birthday. The works on the album will all be world-premiere recordings, and will feature newly-uncovered works including the tone poem Toussaint L'Ouverture and the Ballade for Violin and Orchestra, Op. 4. Repper reunites with industry veteran Judith Sherman, who will produce their album. Their last collaboration won a Grammy® Award for Best Orchestral Performance.
