Michael Repper conducts the Moscow Ballet and the Ballet Theatre of Maryland in two productions of the Nutcracker

Michael Repper debuted with both the Ballet Theatre of Maryland (Dec. 3-4) and the Moscow Ballet (Dec. 15-16) in two productions of the Nutcracker in Baltimore, both times leading the Concert Artists of Baltimore.

The production of the Nutcracker with the Ballet Theatre of Maryland (BTM), on December 3-4, is the beginning of BTM's new residency as the official ballet company at the Modell Lyric Theatre in Midtown Baltimore. Plans are underway for more collaborations between the Concert Artists of Baltimore and the Ballet Theatre of Maryland, to extend beyond the yearly Nutcracker production.

The Moscow Ballet visits over 50 cities on its annual North American tour, but the Baltimore production continues to be the only city on tour to utilize live orchestra. Michael is very pleased to be the new conductor of this ongoing partnership.
